Job summary

Monarch Management and Investment is hiring an Apartment HVAC Technician for a full-time day shift. You will support multiple nearby properties with predictable routes and perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, and related tasks. Paid time off and holidays are included, with on-call responsibilities and bonuses based on performance.

Salary ranges from $28 to $35 per hour plus possible bonuses. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement

Qualifications

• EPA and HVAC certification is preferred.
• Basic electrical knowledge required.
• Basic plumbing knowledge helpful.
• Ability to assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace and pm HVAC systems
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
• Snow removal when applicable
• Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)
