Job summary

First Pointe Management Group (FPMG) seeks a friendly, energetic full-time Groundskeeper for our 281-unit apartment community in Sacramento, CA. You will assist with light painting, de-web corners, power-wash areas, and daily cleaning of common areas while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. The ideal candidate has six months of work experience, can read/write in English, lifts up to 25 lbs, and has basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience in any field.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills: Internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light painting projects and de-web corners.
• Power-wash areas in need and perform daily cleaning of common areas.
• Represent FPMG by providing excellent customer service to residents.
