Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily groundskeeping duties to uphold high curb appeal.
• Clean dumpster enclosures and surrounding areas; ensure proper waste disposal.
• Power wash, sweep, remove litter and debris, and cobweb removal.
• Conduct property inspections and address conditions affecting curb appeal, safety, or resident satisfaction.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and property damage.
• Operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools safely.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with Community Manager and Portfolio Manager on upkeep and resident satisfaction.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall curb appeal of a community in Bakersfield. Your work will directly contribute to creating a welcoming, well-maintained environment that enhances the resident experience. Responsibilities include cleaning enclosures and dumpster areas, power washing, removing debris and cobwebs, and ensuring the property consistently meets high curb appeal standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently while supporting on-site teams as needed. Candidates must have at least one year of current, proven groundskeeping experience, with a demonstrated track record of maintaining community grounds and curb appeal standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, common areas, walkways, parking areas, and amenity spaces.
• Perform daily groundskeeping duties to ensure the property consistently maintains high curb appeal standards.
• Clean dumpster enclosures, trash areas, and surrounding spaces, ensuring proper waste disposal and sanitation.
• Perform power washing, sweeping, litter and debris removal, cobweb removal, and other exterior cleaning tasks.
• Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address conditions that may impact curb appeal, safety, or resident satisfaction.
• Identify, document, and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, property damage, and policy violations.
• Operate groundskeeping equipment, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the Community Manager and Portfolio Manager to ensure overall property upkeep and resident satisfaction, reporting directly to them.
