Ticommunities in Austin, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper to keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll patrol the grounds, refresh common areas, and assist with make-ready projects to ensure residents have a beautiful environment.

What You’ll Do

• Patrol and maintain the community grounds, removing trash and debris.
• Clean and refresh common areas such as walkways, courtyards, and amenity spaces.
• Ensure trash bins and pet stations are emptied and in good condition.
• Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly to the team.
• Support the maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks.
• Other duties as needed.
