Jobtailor is seeking a dependable Waste Management Assistant to maintain apartment grounds, handle trash and recycling, and ensure outdoor areas are safe and compliant. This role involves driving a suitable vehicle, walking properties, and using a mobile app to log activities.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors in varied weather, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to follow routines with attention to detail. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof upon hire).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable walking outdoors in varying weather.
Able to follow routines and stay on task.

Responsibilities

Maintain clean, safe, functional, and compliant apartment communities.
Manage waste, recycling, and compost according to procedures.
Evenly distribute and compact trash using company equipment.
Sort and handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures.
Sweep, clean enclosures, and remove debris.
Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
Empty trash from public and common-area receptacles and replace liners as needed.
Use the mobile app to log service activity and confirm completion.
