Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 1 year Apartment Housekeeping experience REQUIRED.
2. Cleans vacant apartments for resident move-ins.
3. Cleans community office, club area, clothes care centers, and storage areas.
4. Trashes out vacant apartments as required.
5. Assists with market readies as needed.
6. Works overtime, weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
7. Acts as a team member with all management staff.
8. Complies with all policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual.
9. Performs other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
10. Stable work history is a plus.
11. Must have reliable transportation.
