Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager for Prescott Place 1 & 2. The role oversees daily operations of a 654-unit community, leads onsite staff, and drives leasing performance with strong sales and customer service focus.

Candidates must have at least 2 years in a similar role, proven leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and resident relations. A valid driver's license and relocation flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Apartment Property Manager or similar role.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities.
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within 20 miles of the property or relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a 654-unit conventional community.
• Lead and develop onsite team members through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Report key performance indicators including occupancy, leasing metrics, and budget status.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and operating expenses.
• Address resident concerns and enforce policies with professionalism.
• Drive leasing performance through sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure accurate documentation.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Property Manager:

• We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Property Manager who excels in leadership, operations, resident relations, with exceptional financial acumen. In this role, you will:
• Oversee daily operations for a 654-unit conventional community
• Lead, manage, and develop onsite team members through coaching, training, and performance management
• Report key performance indexes, including, but not limited to, financial and budget status, occupancy, and leasing metrics
• Manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and monitor operating expenses
• Investigate and help resolve resident concerns, disturbances, and policy violations, treating all community issues with professionalism
• Drive leasing performance through strong sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct routine property inspections, including vacated units and community walk-throughs
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures and demonstrate strong organizational practices
• Uphold exceptional customer service and community standards

What We're Looking for in the Apartment Property Manager:

• Minimum 2 Years Previous Apartment Manager experience REQUIRED (including supervising onsite staff)
• Stable work history
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities
• Proven sales, marketing, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
