Job summary

Freeman Webb is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to manage housekeeping for the apartment community. You will maintain the clubhouse and office, prepare vacant units to a sparkling clean standard, and follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.

A professional, neat appearance and strong teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include cleaning offices, models, laundry rooms, and other common areas, and assisting the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor with daily

Qualifications

One year previous housekeeping or janitorial experience.
A professional attitude/appearance is essential.
Attention to detail is the highest attribute of the housekeeper.
Neat, clean, well-groomed appearance. Ability to work well with residents, supervisor, employees and vendors.

Responsibilities

Maintain the interior of the following areas: Office, Clubhouse, Models, Laundry Rooms, Other Common Areas.
Prepare vacant apartments to a sparkling clean appearance for move-in.
Perform cleaning with proper safety procedures and use of protective gear.
Keep equipment, supplies, and MSDS sheets in order and within budget constraints.
Greet residents cheerfully and assist in the resident retention program.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by following supervisor directions.
