Qualifications

• Minimum three years of multi-family apartment janitorial experience.
• Knowledge of proper disposal of hazardous materials and recycling practices.
• Skilled in use and care of common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Picks up trash and litter around grounds and buildings.
• Gathers and empties trash, including moving dumpsters for city pickup.
• Keeps recycling areas, trash rooms and dumpster areas neat.
• Maintains neat, clean maintenance shop and storage areas.
• Cleans common area floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
• Performs initial clean up and final detailed cleaning of apartment turnovers.
• Performs miscellaneous janitorial maintenance tasks as directed by Property Manager.
