Job summary

Promenade Oaks Apartments in Eagan, MN seeks a full-time Community Care staff member to support the Community Manager and team in operating a 283-unit property. The role focuses on cleaning buildings, grounds, and apartments, with an on-site living option and a pay range of $20–$23 per hour.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, grounds upkeep, vacant apartment prep, delivering notices, coordinating with office staff, and assisting with resident events 3–4 times per year.

Promenade Oaks Apartments is seeking a full-time Community Care staff member to assist the Community Manager and the rest of the team in maintaining and developing the operations of a 283-unit apartment community in Eagan, MN.

Community Care Staff: Job Overview

As a Community Care staff member, you'll be responsible for maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of the buildings, grounds, and apartments at Promenade Oaks.

Requirements:

• Schedule availability for weekdays and at least one weekend day
• Distance requirements apply if not living on site
• Physical exam, drug screening, and background check
• Ability and eagerness to learn
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Superior work ethic and positive attitude
