Responsibilities

• Supports people with disabilities to live independently in their homes and participate in communities.
• Participates in individual planning and facilitates team meetings.
• Supervises Direct Support Professionals and coordinates staffing schedules.
• Assists with meal planning, appointments, medication administration, and budgeting.
