Residential Transitions, Inc. (RTI) is seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Worker for Apartment Based Supportive Services in St Paul, MN. The role focuses on 1:1 support, independent living skills, and community integration in an apartment-style setting.

You will work with individuals with severe mental illness or brain injury, reporting to the Program Manager. Background checks and a valid driver’s license are required.

Formación

• High school or GED required.
• Experience in mental health or fast-paced client-facing roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support individuals in independent living skills 1:1.
• Assist with mental health management and coping skills.
• Model community integration and daily living tasks.
• Assist with medications, finances, and transportation.
• Encourage socialization and participation in activities.
• Promote healthy living habits and skills development.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in human services
