Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician for our Timbers of Deerbrook community. You will handle daily service requests, assist with unit make-readies, and perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and pool upkeep.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of multifamily maintenance experience, a valid HVAC license, and the ability to work on-call.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years apartment maintenance experience.
HVAC license required.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs.
Willingness to work on-call as scheduled.
Must have a personal set of basic hand tools.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Candidates must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

What You’ll Do as an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician:

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. In this role, you will:

Working Environment for the Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician:

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off‑site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company’s uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
