Job summary

COMPANY NAME is seeking an experienced Amazon Operations & Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end supply chain for a US e-commerce brand with 340+ Amazon listings. You will manage supplier relationships, coordinate factory production schedules, oversee quality control, and ensure on-time delivery to Amazon FBA warehouses worldwide.

The role requires hands-on Amazon Seller Central and FBA experience, strong international freight knowledge, supplier negotiation skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain or operations management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA inbound workflows.
• Strong understanding of international freight and Incoterms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and negotiate terms.
• Proficiency with inventory planning tools or ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Experience with product compliance and import/export documentation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to factories and warehouses as needed.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced lean team.
