Job Description Summary
About the Role:
Our Salesforce Technical Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within Cushman & Wakefield. The primary scope of this position involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
We are looking for an individual that will be part of a global team responsible for continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. Our Salesforce platform is a key foundation in our company strategy. We are looking for someone who can support our users across the Asia Pacific region. This role offers potential growth into a Salesforce Solution Architect position.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze business rules & processes with stakeholders to refine requirements and make recommendations.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including data models, workflows, and user stories.
- Work closely with developers and administrators on configuration, customization, and integration tasks.
- Perform testing and quality assurance to validate Salesforce solutions.
- Provide support and training to end users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements and system optimizations.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Manage all Asia Pacific user stories, ensuring timely delivery based on priorities.
- Participate in UAT, develop test scenarios, and report bugs.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure best practice design and implementation of Salesforce systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Sharing & Visibility Architect.
- Experience with Salesforce SDLC implementations.
- Understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment.

- Ability to interpret user needs and translate into application requirements.
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with confidence in Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, SQL Queries.
- Salesforce Technical Architect certification (preferred).
