Description

Sacred Heart High School, a private, all-girls Catholic college preparatory school located in Lincoln Heights, California, is seeking an experienced full-time AP Spanish teacher for the 2025-2026 academic year.
We are looking for an AP Spanish teacher who brings passion and excitement to the classroom and is able to teach multiple levels of the subject.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Plan effective lessons that engage and challenge students.
  • Communicate consistently with students, parents, and school personnel.
  • Maintain current and complete grading and attendance records.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Commitment to modeling the values of Catholic education.
  • Experience teaching in a high school environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to promote student learning.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in Spanish.

The annual salary range for this position is $53,000 – $82,500, which will be prorated based on the number of assigned sections. The starting salary is based upon several factors, including years of experience, education level, and expertise.
