Qualifications

• Academic expertise in Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or other related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in impacting K-12 students in urban schools; 1–2 years preferred.
• All instructional staff must become certified in NJ within a reasonable period after starting.

Responsibilities

• Instruction: teach content across Algebra, Geometry, or Calculus; prepare students for AP and college coursework; foster engagement and build a learning community.
• Data Analysis: meet weekly with principal/coach to review trends and differentiate instruction.
• School Culture: build relationships with students and families; participate in weekly meetings and align with academic goals.
