Qualifications

• Illinois PEL with General Administrative or Principal Endorsement required.
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Administration.
• Minimum of three years of successful middle school teaching experience.
• Experience in student discipline, teacher evaluation, and instructional leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Illinois education laws, PERA, MTSS, and special education compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing a rigorous curriculum aligned with Illinois Learning Standards.
• Support and evaluate teachers using research-based instructional strategies and assessment practices.
• Analyze student achievement data to drive instructional improvements and interventions.
