Job summary

Air Cargo Carriers in Milwaukee is seeking an FAA A&P Mechanic to join a Part 135 operation with 35+ years of service in North America and the Caribbean. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and emergency/unscheduled repairs to keep aircraft ready and reliable.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold an FAA A&P Certificate.
• Skilled in all phases of aircraft maintenance (Airframe and engine work done in-house).
• Self-starters with the ability to work well with others.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine schedule maintenance and inspection of aircraft.
• Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals.
• Complete all necessary electronic record keeping.
• Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs to minimize aircraft downtime.
• Troubleshoot and conduct electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and powerplant issues.
• Install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories using hand and power tools.
• Be a team player, work together in a group to accomplish projects.

SHIFT1st Shift, 5 Day Work Week -Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

• Total Starting Compensation including benefits: $60,000 to $90,000.
