Job summary

Guttman Holdings, Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to support the AP function, manage vendor invoices, and ensure timely payments using automated processes and AI-driven systems.

You will analyze AP data, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 1–3 years of AP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and exception management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI performance and identify opportunities to improve automation accuracy and efficiency.
• Escalate system exceptions and process anomalies promptly to ensure automated AP processes run smoothly.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and improvement of AI-enabled finance technologies.
• Analyze AP data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities.
• Review and process vendor invoices accurately using automated AP and AI tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve vendor discrepancies and follow up with vendors as needed.
• Track outstanding invoice discrepancies and report unresolved issues to the AP Supervisor.
• Create and update process documentation as needed.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts; support internal/external inquiries.
