Job summary

Cook Medical's Aortic Intervention division seeks a Clinical Specialist to support extensive medical device product lines through direct physician interaction and staff education in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves procedural support, customer education, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing and QA teams.

The candidate will maintain knowledge of product lines and procedures, adhere to safety standards, and assist the field team in meeting sales goals while traveling up to 70% domestically

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent background.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical environment preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during procedures.
• Identify and develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers to support product lines.
• Educate customers through in-servicing training, literature, videos and articles approved by the company.
• Provide clinical experience to Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Quality Assurance and other internal groups.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, procedures and business ethics.
