Job summary

Cook Medical's Aortic Intervention division seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide procedural support and education. You will work directly with physicians, medical staff, and internal teams to drive knowledge of endovascular grafts and accessories across procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent background.
• 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during procedures.
• Identify and develop relationships with key clinical decision-makers.
• Educate customers through in-servicing training and approved materials.
• Share clinical knowledge with Sales, Product Development, Marketing and QA.
• Stay current with product lines, procedures, ethics and training.
• Support annual business plan to help meet sales goals.
• Complete expense and call reports and admin documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with Regional Manager and support teams.
• Keep reports and records accurate and timely.
• Collaborate across levels of the global organization to achieve goals.
• Adhere strictly to safety requirements.
• Maintain punctual attendance and high quality standards.
• Demonstrate clear oral and written communication.
• Show problem solving skills in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
