Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Korean communication is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including Korea.
• Hands-on experience with E-Test processes and equipment.
• Experience with SPC and metrology equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and standardize inspection and metrology processes.
• Operate, maintain, and improve AOI and Flying Probe inspection processes.
• Manage preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of inspection equipment.
• Analyze inspection data and support yield improvement initiatives.
• Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Evaluate new inspection and metrology technologies for implementation.
• DOE and optimize process conditions.
• Participate in cross-organizational teams for root cause analysis.
• Support standardization of recipes and SOPs with concrete engineering.
• Perform SPC tasks using Excel, JMP, Minitab, or similar tools.
