Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Batavia Township, OH is seeking an AOI Inspector to operate automated optical inspection equipment on the electronics assembly line. You will inspect components to IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards, read part values and orientations, and verify quality per customer requirements.

This full-time role offers 1st shift Monday-Thursday 5:45am-4:30pm (Off every Friday!) and 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:15 am, starting pay of $17.50/hour and up plus a $500

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Previous manufacturing experience required, preferably in electronic assembly or inspection.
• Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with AOI inspection equipment, gauging, and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup and shutdown procedures for AOI inspection equipment.
• Operate AOI systems to inspect electronic assemblies for defects and conformance to quality standards.
• Learn and apply IPC-A-610 Class 2 inspection standards.
• Read and interpret values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole and SMT components (capacitors, resistors, transistors, ICs, etc.).
• Develop and maintain AOI programming skills and utilize computer systems efficiently.
• Use inspection and gauging tools to verify product quality per customer and IPC requirements.
• Review assembly drawings and bills of materials to confirm component identification, polarity, and placement.
• Identify and communicate quality issues or process deviations to the team leader
