Job summary

Duncan Aviation is seeking a Rapid Response Technician II to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft and engine systems on corporate jets with limited supervision. The role includes on-wing inspections at customer sites across the U.S.

and internationally, requiring hands-on performance and strong customer service skills. Ideal candidates hold an FAA A&P license, at least four years of corporate aviation maintenance experience, and will progress toward RII Inspector within 12 months

Qualifications

• A&P certification required and ongoing professional development.
• Minimum four years of corporate aviation maintenance focusing on engine/airframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of aircraft and engine systems with limited supervision.
• Prepare and ensure documentation and training logs per FAA and company policy.
• Communicate with customers and Duncan team members to deliver rapid response service.
• Order parts and manage discrepancies in the work order system.
• Support after-hours service and travel to customer locations as needed.
