Job summary

Aerotek is seeking two experienced AOG Repair Technicians to join our team in Opa Locka, with a home base in Opa Locka and travel across South Florida. This permanent position requires 7+ years in aircraft maintenance, including at least 4 years in AOG on corporate jets, plus strong electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Expect a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, 9am–6pm work hours (drive time compensated).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of total aircraft maintenance experience.
• At least 4 years specializing in AOG on corporate jets.
• Proficient in unscheduled maintenance on Citations, G4/G5, and Globals.
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive a company van across South Florida.

Job description

Job Title: AOG Mechanic

We are seeking two experienced AOG Repair Technicians to join our team in Opa Locka. The ideal candidates will have a clean driving record and substantial AOG experience on corporate aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft.


• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams.


• Drive a van to various locations throughout South Florida to perform maintenance tasks.


• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and to a high standard.


• 7+ years of total experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 4 years specifically in AOG on corporate jets.


• Proficiency in unscheduled maintenance on aircraft such as Citations, G4/G5, and Globals.


• Strong skills in troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics.

Work Environment

This position operates on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, with typical working hours from 9am to 6pm, excluding drive time which is compensated. Technicians will drive a company-provided van equipped with power tools, while personal tools are required. The home base is in Opa Locka, with travel throughout South Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $104000.00 - $128960.00/yr. See attachment for overview of benefits.
