Qualifikationen

• FAA A&P license is required.
• Corporate jet experience with major airframes (Cessna, Bombardier, Global, Gulfstream, Falcon, Hawker).
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical aircraft systems.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Respond to AOG situations with on-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Perform inspections, repairs, replacements, and maintenance per FAA regs and SOPs.
• Apply troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex aircraft system issues.
• Document maintenance actions in logs and systems.
• Coordinate with crews and dispatch to minimize downtime.
• Maintain hangar/workspace in clean, safe condition per safety goals.
• Assist in parts inventory, tools, and material readiness.
• Participate in safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current on FAA regulations and service bulletins.
• Travel about 25% for offsite AOG events or customer locations.
