Job summary

CACI is seeking an AOC Strategy SME to support air campaign execution, monitoring, and assessment. You will work within the Strategy Division, leveraging JDNO familiarity and AOC data flows to drive operational capability improvements.

Responsibilities include decomposing complex warfighting needs, briefing senior officials, and coordinating across operators, engineers, and leadership to finalize requirements for new systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Top-Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
• Operational AOC experience within the last 5 years in Strategy Division to support real world operations.
• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of AOC experience.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of the AOC mission threads, tasks, and functions as defined in Air Force manuals and AFOTTPs.
• Maintain current AOC positional currency (less than five years).
• Decompose operational problems into discrete threads, activities, and effects.
• Document and analyze workflows, data flows, and system interactions for new capabilities.
• Support Warfighter Analysis Working Groups and Requirements Working Groups.
• Brief senior officers and civilian leadership.
• Coordinate input from operators, engineers, testers, and stakeholders for decision making.
• Translate warfighter needs into requirements.
• Collaborate with staff analysts, system engineers, and architects to map requirements to feasible solutions.
• Develop decision-ready materials and After Action Reports.
