Responsibilities
  • Lead & Motivate: Manage a team of personal trainers, guiding them to deliver excellent fitness coaching and fostering a supportive, goal-oriented culture.
  • Train & Transform: Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Inspire Growth: Monitor client progress, maintaining motivation and engagement throughout their fitness journey.
  • Drive Results: Oversee new member onboarding, sales, renewals, and referrals to grow our community.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the General Manager to create a dynamic, successful club environment.
Qualifications
  • Recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) with valid CPR/AED certification.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with strong relationship-building and closing skills.
  • Passion for coaching and leadership, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Deep understanding of fitness, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
  • Energetic, results-driven attitude with excellent communication skills.
