Role Overview

As a PTM, you will lead our personal training department through leadership, mentorship, and coaching, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and trainers alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Motivate: Manage and inspire a team of personal trainers to deliver high-quality coaching and foster a supportive culture.
• Train & Transform: Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training programs.
• Inspire Growth: Monitor and motivate clients throughout their fitness journeys.
• Drive Results: Oversee onboarding, sales, renewals, and referrals to grow the community.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work with the General Manager to create a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• Recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.) with CPR/AED certification.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, with relationship-building skills.
• Passion for coaching, leadership, and motivating teams.
• Strong understanding of fitness, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
• Energetic, results-driven, with excellent communication skills.
