Job Overview:

As an Anytime Crew Member at Hart2Hart, Inc., you work flexibly after initial training, choosing shifts via our NEXT app with a minimum of one shift per month. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean work area, and working as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Wage Information:

The starting wage in the Sioux Falls and Brandon, SD area is:

• $15.00/hr for ages 16 and up
• $13.00/hr for ages 14-15

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Take orders and input them accurately into the system.
• Prepare and cook food according to standards.
• Operate equipment such as grills, fryers, and drink dispensers (if permitted by law).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient operation.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns professionally.

Physical Requirements:

• Remain stationary during peak hours.
• Move positions when instructed.
• Lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Position self safely to obtain low products.
• Communicate clearly and observe the environment.
• Work in high and low temperatures.

Qualifications:
