We Are Legal Revolution seeks a 1–5 year Antitrust Litigation Associate for its Washington, DC office in collaboration with a highly regarded AM Law 50 firm. You will handle sophisticated antitrust disputes, draft major pleadings, and work closely with senior lawyers on high-stakes client matters.

The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct partner interaction, and long-term development within a prominent practice.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant Antitrust Litigation experience.
• Substantive experience in antitrust matters or related disputes.
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication and matter-management skills.
• JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school and bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Admission to the Bar in the applicable U.S. jurisdiction must be current or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manage key workstreams in complex antitrust disputes from investigation through resolution.
• Draft substantive motions, briefs, discovery materials and case strategy documents.
• Analyze factual and legal issues and develop practical litigation strategies.
• Coordinate discovery, witness preparation and hearing or trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners and clients on matter strategy and execution.
