Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP, a leading international law firm and Fortune’s Best Places to Work, seeks a mid-level Antitrust & Competition associate to join the Palo Alto office (also in Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington, DC).

The role requires 3–5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong communication skills. A clerkship or HSR/Second Request experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from a top-tier law school
• 3–5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience at a top AmLaw 100 firm or DOJ/FTC
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Judicial clerkship experience and/or HSR counseling and Second Request investigation experience (a plus)

Responsibilities
