Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from a top‑tier law school
• 3‑5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice or the Federal Trade Commission
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Judicial clerkship experience and/or HSR counseling and Second Request investigation experience (a plus)
