DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will provide supportive case management to students and families and assist in assessing school and community resources (K-12). The candidate will participate in collaborative sessions with educational staff to promote “best practice” initiatives, coordinate student referral process, participate in Student Assistance program trainings and meetings.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Social Work with Licensed Certified School Social Worker and Home Visitation License/Certification required or PDE School Counselor certification with mental health training..
1 to 3 years’ experience preferred.
*If applicant requires a PDE Emergency Permit, contract eligibility is not applicable, and the vacancy becomes a Long Term Substitute position
