We are a progressive and innovative non-profit organization dedicated to providing personalized and engaging education to youth placed in DYS programs across Massachusetts. We hire licensed and aspiring educators passionate about making a difference through alternative education.

Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts secondary level teacher licensure (8-12; 5-12), especially in High School Math (preferred)
  • Experience with students at risk is desirable, but we also welcome candidates seeking a career change or returning to teaching who are waiver-eligible and willing to obtain certification.

Additional Requirements: Ability to teach additional subjects may be required.

Position Details:

  • Location: Worcester - Westborough area
  • Small class sizes (up to 15 students, average 5)
  • Instruction by a dedicated team of educators across various disciplines

Salary Range: $57,543 - $81,498
