SESSION DATES: June 2nd – June 26th 2025 *no school June 19th*
7:40 am - 12:28 pm Monday - Thursday
Mandatory ESY staff meeting May 28, 2025
SALARY: $3,240

Requirements: Teaches students academic, social, and motor skills following guidelines set by State of Illinois law and board policy. Must attend the open house and staff training prior to the start of ESY. Must commit to arrive at least 15 minutes before students arrive at 8am and to stay at least 15 minutes after the students leave. There will be a sign in sheet for you to sign each day that you work.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher; one to two years related experience and/or training preferred. Valid Illinois elementary PEL (Professional Educator license) with LBSI endorsement required. Experience working with students with Autism, non-verbal communication disorders, data collection, and the ability to work collaboratively with related service staff is preferred. Knowledge and experience with PECS or Visual Schedules, Behavior Management Systems, Data collection, and Assistive Technology is preferred.
