An established educational institution is seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate for this position must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education (Special Education / Elementary Education), with valid and active Pennsylvania Teaching Certifications in Special Education (PK-8 and/or PK-12).
Three to five years of teaching experience is preferred. Experience and working knowledge of collaborative instructional practices with regular education staff as well as Direct Instruction and instructional practices and curriculum integrating the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis as well as explicit and direct instruction.
