Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS with industry experience as detailed above.
• Hands-on with mammalian expression platforms.
• Experience with antibody purification and QC techniques.
• Knowledge of biophysical characterization methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimize transient transfection workflows for antibodies and proteins in mammalian systems.
• Troubleshoot and refine Protein Science processes for throughput and quality.
• Perform antibody purification by affinity, ion-exchange, and other methods.
• Characterize antibodies (SDS-PAGE, SEC-HPLC, SEC-MALS) for developability.
• Develop automated high-throughput processes to support production workflows.
