Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics LLC in Rockville, MD is seeking a manufacturing technician to prepare records, assemble vial sets, and print labels per SOPs. You may operate automated vialing and labeling equipment and handle BSL-2 reagents for calibrator products.

Applicants should have an Associate's degree or equivalent and prior manufacturing experience is a plus, with strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manufacturing records, dilutions, and blends; assemble vial sets and print labels per SOPs.
• Peer review of product labels as the first quality check.
• Operate automated vialing, bottling, labeling, or lyophilizing equipment; handle BSL-2 reagents for calibrators.
• Suggest improvements to manufacturing processes to improve quality and quantity.
• Participate in 5S initiatives to maintain lab tidiness and efficiency.
• Complete batch records, data entry, and daily equipment maintenance documentation.
• Maintain lab cleanliness, inventory, pipette calibration, year-end inventory, and freezer defrosting.
• Duties may vary by department requirements.
