Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field is required.
• 2–3 years of related experience in method development or a Master’s degree; or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with molecular cloning, PCR, transformations, and antibody library workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular cloning, PCR, transformations, and antibody screening activities to support antibody discovery programs
• Execute analytical procedures, document results, and maintain records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
• Conduct assays to evaluate antibody binding using phage, yeast, mammalian cell, and immunoassay platforms
• Analyze experimental data, identify atypical results, and escalate potential quality concerns when appropriate
• Support method development, assay optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Maintain, calibrate, and document laboratory equipment and reagent preparation activities
• Train laboratory personnel in established techniques and serve as a technical resource within areas of expertise
