Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an anti-corruption manager to join the Global Ethics & Integrity team.

You will conduct third-party due diligence, assess corruption risks, and drive scalable compliance programs using AI and data tools. You’ll collaborate with sales, alliances, business technology, and operations to implement controls, audits, and improvements, delivering high-quality work and fostering a culture of integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in ethics and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable across geographically dispersed teams

Responsibilities

• Perform anti-corruption due diligence on prospective third-party partners and recommend risk controls
• Analyze partner transactions to identify corruption risks and mitigation actions
• Assist with audits of high-risk third parties
• Assist management in identifying and mitigating compliance risks and enhancing monitoring
• Manage projects to scale anti-corruption processes and improve efficiency
• Leverage AI platforms, data tools, and systems for risk-based compliance operations
• Develop and test enhancements to anti-corruption policies and due diligence frameworks
• Collaborate with sales, alliances, business technology, and operations to advance compliance objectives
• Communicate insights clearly—visually, orally, and in writing
