Role Summary

Title Anthropologie Group: INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER

Reports to: Sr. Manager Influencer Marketing

Overview:

The Influencer Marketing Manager supports the Sr. Manager in developing and executing influencer strategies that align with Anthropologie Group’s mission and growth goals. This role leads influencer campaigns for brand and product launches, manages day-to-day operations, and collaborates with cross-functional teams across Anthropologie, Anthro Weddings, and Anthropologie Home. They will drive innovative, culturally relevant campaigns that enhance brand awareness and community engagement. Responsibilities also include overseeing campaign execution, local activations, quarterly recaps, and monthly budget management.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Influencer Management:

  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Cultivate agency relationships to expand our influencer network and collaborate on trend-driven, compellingopportunities to partner with influencers across all following size tiers.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, giftings, and experiences—managing timelines, casting, and cross-functional coordination acrossCreative, Social, Digital Marketing, PR, Events, Styling and Merchandising
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to amplify influencer content across marketing channels and support campaign goals.
  • Oversee product selection and gifting processes, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and creative direction.
  • Manage campaign logistics including product orders, shipping, content approvals, and post-launch performance.
  • Review contracts and ensure deliverables are met in partnership with Legal.
  • Support influencer activations for events and store openings, managing casting and content creation.
  • Track and optimize influencer gifting initiatives, coordinating with product, creative, and digital teams.
  • Continuously explore innovative ways to grow and evolve the influencer channel.

Recapping:

  • Lead quarterly recaps to analyze campaign, gifting, and event performance, identifying key insights and opportunities.
  • Track individual influencer performance to inform future partnerships.
  • Develop qualitative recap methods to enhance strategy.
  • Monitor link performance to assess landing experiences and top traffic drivers.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee Influencer program budget, including monthly forecasting, tracking, and actualization.
  • Maintain accurate and timely budget documentation.
Role Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years influencer management experience is a must; affiliate influencer specific experience is a plus; social media and experiential marketing experience is a plus
  • Hunger for brainstorming and discovering new talent; existing relationships with US-based influencers and brand marketing a plus
  • Experience with the Creator IQ influencer marketing platform a plus
  • A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication
  • Strong organization skills inclusive of building timelines and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms as they pertain to creators, influencers, trends, and the Anthropologie customer – especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of cross-functional partners across multiple teams
  • Motivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspiration.
  • A proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results.
  • Results-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving, and must have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
