Our Eye Center is a premier eye care practice with 2 locations in Central and Western Massachusetts. We are looking for an eager and motivated Anterior Segment or Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our team. Our innovative, accomplished surgeon and optometric providers specialize in Premium Refractive Cataract Surgery with Lifestyle Lenses, Dry Eye Disease, Glaucoma, General Eye Care, and Facial Medical Aesthetics. Our full-service medical and surgical practice is growing rapidly – it’s a great time to join our thriving practice.

This is an opportunity for high-volume surgical practice with a focus on premium lenses. Guaranteed base salary for full-time work with a generous bonus structure. The attractive benefit package includes malpractice and health insurance, CME allowance. Partnership opportunity after two years of employment with ownership shares in the local ASC.

Our Dry Eye Specialty Center of Excellence offers comprehensive testing with advanced diagnostic equipment to identify the root cause of this complex disease and provide treatment with an array of medical and procedural options. The Medical Aesthetics services provides our patients with effective skin revitalization treatments around the eyes and face.

Both of our locations have recently been completely renovated, providing our patients and team beautiful, modern spaces with new state-of-the-art equipment and technology to provide exceptional patient care across our multiple service lines.
