Job summary
Corpus Christi Medical Center Bay Area is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Antepartum unit. You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with the patient care team, and promote safe, compassionate patient care while supporting families.
The role requires ACLS within 6 months, Neonatal Resuscitation within 30 days, and EFM certification within 1 year. A nursing license and a BSN/ASN degree are required. This is a full-time, 12-hour shift position with weekend rotation.
Qualifications
- ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
- Neonatal Resuscitation must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- (C-EFM) Certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
- RN must be registered nurse with applicable state license.
Responsibilities
- Apply nursing process with critical thinking to deliver safe patient care.
- Collaborate with patient care team to achieve quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication with patients and families.
- Provide leadership and support within the unit while promoting teamwork.
