Job summary

You will assist with activities of daily living, observe patient conditions, document care, maintain infection prevention, and respond to emergencies following established protocols and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED requirement.
• CNA license from Florida Department of Health or active nursing student status.
• Active enrollment in ASN or BSN program.
• Fundamentals of Nursing course completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care assistance, including activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, safety, and comfort.
• Assist licensed nursing staff with delegated patient care activities per clinical protocols.
• Observe patient condition and promptly report changes to licensed staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Support patient safety, infection prevention, and environmental cleanliness standards.
• Respond to emergencies and follow escalation procedures.
• Prioritize tasks and use resources effectively in a high-acuity setting.
