Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant license from Florida DOH is required.
• Active enrollment in ASN or BSN program and completion of Fundamentals of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care assistance, including ADLs, mobility, hygiene, safety, and comfort.
• Assist licensed nursing staff with delegated patient care and observe patient condition, reporting changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Support patient safety, infection prevention, and environmental cleanliness.
• Respond to emergencies and follow escalation procedures.
• Prioritize tasks and use resources effectively in a high-acuity clinical environment.
