Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions, based in Torrance, CA, is seeking an Antenna Product Manager to define and bring to market critical antenna technologies for positioning, navigation, timing, and communications. You will lead the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hexagon antennas across existing and new applications and customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a hardware focus in the drone/UAV industry.
• U.S. person eligibility or access authorization per ITAR/EAR as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for Hexagon antennas across applications and customers.
• Lead cross-functional development, go-to-market and sustainment of the antenna portfolio.
• Create and evaluate business plans and market requirements to meet portfolio targets.
• Define requirements and use cases for new antenna products and technologies.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing messaging for product collateral.
• Build consensus on business models, product positioning and pricing.

Antenna Product Manager

Location: Torrance, California (US-CA-Torrance)

Overview

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is looking for a strategic and visionary Antenna Product Manager to define and bring to market critical antenna technology and products for use in a wide range of positioning, navigation, timing and communication applications. In this position, you will lead the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hexagon antennas across existing and new applications and customers.

While part of the Antcom team, this position will join a high‑performance team focused on the quick‑turn, customized design, development, and manufacturing of high‑quality antenna products. Our customers rely on Hexagon A&P’s industry leading technology when building their own solutions. The Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Torrance, California.

Responsibilities

• Long‑term vision, strategy and roadmap for Hexagon antennas for existing and new applications and customers
• Working with cross‑functional teams on development, go‑to‑market, and sustainment of the most innovative antenna portfolio
• Creation and evaluation of business plan and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets
• Defining requirements including use cases for new antenna products and technologies
• 'Go-to-market' strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateral
• Gather information and build consensus among company stakeholders for business models, product positioning and pricing strategy
• Analyze and report portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions
• Evaluate competitive products and technology trends
• Accountable for the success of new product launches
• National and international customer visits to understand customer challenges and future needs
• Represent Hexagon at tradeshows and conferences

Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Degree in Business, Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferable with a hardware focus, ideally related to the drone/UAV industry
• Applicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR") or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR") must be US Persons per ITAR *120.15 and EAR *772.1 (i.e., a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or admitted to the U.S. as an asylee or refugee), or be otherwise eligible to obtain required authorization from the U.S. Government to access controlled information

Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits. This compensation range is based on a full‑time schedule.
