Roguebeam in Seattle is seeking an Antenna Engineer to lead design and testing of phased array antennas for payloads and ground terminals. You will own design, simulation, fabrication, and integration with front-end modules, collaborating with RF, digital, and software engineers throughout the product cycle.
The role requires hands-on testing, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and experience with RF/antennas and 3D EM tools. Some travel may be required in a fast-paced startup environment.
Roguebeam is a startup developing advanced phased array systems for communications and radar applications. We design and manufacture complete systems in-house-RF, antenna, digital, and DSP-giving our engineers end-to-end ownership of the technology and a direct line of sight from algorithm to deployed system. We’re early, we’re growing fast, and the people who join us now will shape both the technology and the company.

We're looking for an antenna engineer to lead the design and test of antennas that are part of advanced phased array systems for payloads and ground terminals. You will take full ownership of the design, test and integration of antenna and microwave components, co-designed with front-end modules (PA/LNA/beamformer).
You will own the final test/verification of fully functional phased array products before they are deployed in the field, so you will work with RFIC, digital and software engineers throughout the whole product cycle (system design, manufacturing, production etc.)
