Job summary

Gana-A' Yoo, Limited seeks a Winter Supervisor at McMurdo Station, Antarctica. You will oversee Postal, Janitorial, Recreation, Retail and Rooms Coordination in collaboration with CONUS management and report to the Lodging Manager.

Duties include safety leadership, staff supervision and cross‑functional coordination. Requires four years of supervisory experience, US citizenship or permanent residency, and a BA/BS in Business Administration or related field.

Qualifications

• Four years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience in military APO operations, restaurant, beverage, retail, recreation or janitorial preferred.
• US citizenship or permanent residency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Managerial duties: lead weekly safety meetings and coordinate with CONUS management.
• Operate McMurdo Station Post office, manage mail movement and supplies.
• Coordinate lodging: room assignments, movements, and resident briefs.
• Manage janitorial: schedules, laundry operations, and inspections.
• Assist Retail operations and ensure customer service standards.
